With a career spanning over a decade in banking, fintech, and digital innovation, Sultan brings deep expertise in building financial ecosystems and executing transformative initiatives. 

Before joining Digital Pay, Sultan held executive leadership roles at Riyad Bank, where he served as Senior Vice President and Head of Open Finance and Fintech Banking. His work was pivotal in positioning the bank as a national leader in open banking enablement and fintech collaboration. He also held product management and operational leadership roles at solutions by stc, Alhamrani Universal, and SNB, giving him end-to-end insight into the payments value chain.
