Sultan brings over a decade of leadership in banking, fintech, and digital innovation. He previously served as SVP and Head of Open Finance & Fintech at Riyad Bank, and held key roles at STC Solutions, Alhamrani Universal, and SNB. At Digital Pay, he spearheads strategic growth, technology scaling, and Vision 2030-aligned transformation.

Othman brings over 14 years of professional experience in operations management, project coordination, and stakeholder engagement within fast-paced, structured environments. As Head of Operations, he specializes in digital transformation, process automation, and data analytics, driving efficiency and informed decision-making. He has a proven track record in planning, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring seamless and high-performing digital payment operations.

Ziad oversees engineering and product development at Digital Pay, bringing 12+ years of software and fintech expertise. He has played a key role in building POS, ECR systems, digital wallets, and payment gateways in the UK, USA, and Saudi Arabia—most recently contributing to Fintech innovation at Geidea.

Head of Business Development

With over 10 years of experience in fintech and product strategy, Dana drives business development for Digital Pay across Saudi Arabia. She has built strategic partnerships with government and enterprise clients, leveraging international experience in healthcare, and the EV sectors. Dana leads the delivery of high-impact solutions— SoftPOS, API integrations, and omni-channel platforms to elevate payment experiences and enable large-scale digital transformation.

Suhail Alahdab

Suhail Alahdab

Head of Support Services

Suhail is the Head of Support Services at Digital Pay, bringing over 20 years of experience in IT, cybersecurity, and fintech. He leads key functions including Cybersecurity, Internal IT, Project Management, and Logistics.

He has held leadership roles at solutions by stc, WiSys, and iNET, where he drove innovative payment solutions and achieved major milestones, including Saudi Arabia’s first NSP certification and the implementation of PCI-DSS and ISO 27001 frameworks.

Suhail holds CISM, PMP, and ITIL certifications and is known for aligning secure, scalable technology with business growth and regulatory excellence.

With a focus on fostering a positive work environment and supporting rapid growth, Duha plays a key role in enabling our team to deliver excellence.
